It’s May, which means wedding season is officially upon us! I could have done an entire blog post on the different ways to wear this blouse to different types of weddings but instead I opted to just style it for a classic clack tie wedding. In this case, you can still keep it sexy and sheer but downplay it just a bit by wearing a structured crop top style bra made out of a fancy satin fabric, the two pieces will look like they are made for each other. Pair it with this BurdaStyle Skirt in a sweet light pink fabric, just stay away from all black or white at weddings. Accessories include a super chic marble clutch, sparkly earrings and sandals. Just be careful to not upstage the bride!

he would still rather be at home..with us Eventually our daughter accepted going to school and has adjusted to the routine fine Our son was on the school soccer team and is now finishing up basketball season with the school's team So it hasn't been terrible and they never come home crying at the end of the day However they regularly express their desire to be home again with us instead of going to school Though my days have been more quiet than if they were home with me I have never really adjusted to having them gone all day every day It just hasn't felt right since the beginning of the school year.. it's a very nice school.

Is there anything i’d change? maybe the length but other than that no. This is a great pattern, i’m really pleased with how the blouse turned out considering this is only the second time i’ve actually made a blouse with a collar. My first attempt was made when i was first learning to sew, i think i made the collar without interfacing and messed up the top stitching, i was still proud of it though and did wear it. I know i’ll be making more from this pattern now that my sewing skills have improved since then!
