After the pocket pouches were sewed to the front pant pieces, I pressed the seam allowance all towards the pocket pouch and understitched.I turned the pocket pouch so the wrong sides were together and it was not visible from the right side of the pants. Then I was able to place on the back pocket piece following the notches. I shifted the pants out of the way so I was able to pin the pocket pouches together and sew.
Now comes the fun part… the sewing! I started with all the darts in my front and back bodice piece, and continued to sew together my entire front dress. I stitched the front waistband piece to the front bodice and pressed the seam allowance towards the band. I then sewed the front skirt piece to the bottom of the band and pressed upwards.
