Yes. All of our pajamas are cotton and are not pre-shrunk. Cotton will usually shrink about 3-5%, which translates to about an inch in the width and length. Flannel typically will shrink a bit more than non-flannel cotton. We size our pajamas to be roomy so that you will have a bit of wiggle room to account for shrinkage that may occur. Be sure to try on your PJs prior to washing and be sure you have a bit of extra space.
