Partnering with the American Cancer Society (ACS), BurdaStyle pledged in late November to give 150 user-made bow ties for auction at the upcoming ACS Pink and Black Tie Gala, raising money for the advancement of cancer research. As well as making up Sidonie my sewing machine has been running hot this past week whipping up some much needed things for baby, sheets, hats, blankets and a sling (in the same denim fabric!).
